  • Lease Management: We handle all lease paperwork, renewals, legal compliance, and evictions(at the Justice of the Peace) so you don’t have to.

  • Rent Collection & Accounting: We handle all rent collection and accounting, with transparent, easy-to-read reports.

  • Maintenance Coordination: From small repairs to major projects, we handle it all with trusted and qualified vendors - HVAC, plumbers, electricians, roofers, applicance repairmen, handymen, and more.  We're also glad to work with your favorite vendors.

  • Legal & Regulatory Compliance: We stay on top of Texas landlord-tenant laws, Fair Housing regulations, and required disclosures.
