We are a professional, knowledgeable, and courteous property management company. We work very hard to provide the highest quality resident services you'll ever experience.
- We use professional vendors (HVAC, plumbers, electricians, roofers, appliance repairmen, carpet cleaners, handyman, etc) to ensure that your home is in good condition. We inspect the work performed to ensure that everything is ready before you move in.
- We provide detailed Move-in Inventory forms for proper documentation of the condition of your rental.
- All deposits that are retained by us are kept in a FDIC insured bank.
- When you sign your lease, you will have the opportunity to meet with your property manager to go over all parts of the lease to help ensure that everyone is aware of their responsibilities under the lease.
- All our property managers are licensed real estate professionals according to state requirements.
1. At least 1 good year of current, verifiable rental history(that is not from a friend or family member). No prior evictions or judgements.
2. At least 1 year of employment that can be verified.
3. Rent should not exceed 30% of gross monthly household income.
4. We conduct a credit and criminal background check.

The entire application process can be done online or in our office.
Yes, there is a non-refundable $50 application fee per adult (18 and over) applicant. This fee helps to cover the cost of background and credit screening.
The application process usually takes 3-5 business days.
Pet policy varies depending on the property. If pets are allowed, there is an additional pet deposit of $500 for one and $750 for two. An owner may require additional deposit if pet exceeds the landlord's maximum weight qualification. An owner may deny certain breeds considered dangerous by insurance carriers.
